A maintenance operation on our network infrastructure will take place on June 29, 2026, at 11:00 PM (CEST).
The purpose of this intervention is to improve the security and resilience of our services.
During the maintenance, services hosted in our ENV-0 datacenter may experience a temporary interruption of connectivity.
During this time: - Users may be temporarily unable to access Actito. - Active sessions may be interrupted. - Ongoing file transfers (FTP), API calls, and HTTP/HTTPS connections may fail and need to be retried.
No impact is expected on: - ENV-1 and ENV-3 environments - Campaign sending - Email deliverability - DMA and ATMP services
Once the migration is completed, all services will resume normally.
