A maintenance on the ENV-3 infrastructure will take place during the night of April 27 to 28, 2026, from 23:00 to 03:30 (CET).
The aim of this operation is to perform database migration in order to improve the reliability and performance of our database services.
During this time, • The Actito platform on ENV-3 will be unavailable • Users will not be able to log in or access the platform • No campaigns (any channels) will be sent. DMA campaigns will also be impacted. • Scenario executions will not run • Automated dataflows (in / out) will not run • The Actito API will be unavailable
After the maintenance, • The platform will be fully operational again • Users will be able to log in and resume their activities • Campaigns and scenario executions will resume • Automated dataflows (in / out) will resume • The API will be operational again (failed calls will need to be resent)
No impact is expected on ENV-0 and ENV-1 environments. No impact is expected on ATMP. No impact is expected on our FTP service.
