A maintenance on the servers of ENV-0 will take place during the night of 29 to 30 April, from 23:00 to 02:00 (UTC+2).
The aim of this operation is to complete the actions carried out with our infrastucture provider during the previous maintenance.
During this time, Actito will be unavailable for licenses hosted on ENV-0 (www.actito.be) : • No campaigns will be sent (they will be paused until completion of the operation) • The platform will be off • ETL synchronizations and exports will not run and the Actito FTP will not be available. • The Actito API will be unavailable (we invite you to pause your calls)
The Actito FTP (ftp02.actito.be) will also be unavailable for exports and ETLs on ENV-1 and ENV-3. We invite you to pause or reschedule your ETLs (synchronization relying on your own FTP/SFTP will work as usual on ENV-1 and ENV-3).
Everything will resume where it was stopped once the maintenance is finished.
